Two seats and a 500-minute usage pool are included; overage is $0.35 per minute under hard minute caps.
A 50% deposit — $4,750 — starts the deployment; the balance is due at deployment start under the deployment agreement.
The deposit is fully refundable until the deployment agreement is countersigned by both parties.
Seats are live within one business day of countersignature; a 3-month break clause is built in.
At deployment completion the deposit — 50% of the fee — credits in full against the year-1 platform fee.
Platform and seat annual pricing is published at deployment completion.
