Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy governs payments made to DELLIGHT.AI Limited ("Company," "we," "us"), DIFC License CL12872, through Stripe-hosted checkout: paid subscriptions and fixed-fee professional services. Checkout runs on pages operated by Stripe; card details are entered with and processed by Stripe and never touch this website's servers. Engagements agreed in direct written agreements are governed by those agreements; where a written agreement states different refund terms, the written agreement controls.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval, monthly or annual, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time yourself: sign in, open My Account, and choose Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and access continues until that period ends. The same Manage billing page lets you update your payment method and view your invoice history. If you cannot reach the billing page, write to contact@dellight.ai from the email address on your account and we will cancel for you with the same effect. We do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period already started, except where a billing error occurred or where the law requires otherwise. Renewal charges are refunded in full if you cancel within seven days of a renewal you did not intend, provided the renewed period has not been substantially used.
3. Fixed-Fee Services
Fixed-fee services — audits, riders, and briefings — are refunded in full if you cancel before the work is scheduled to begin. Once work has begun, we refund the unworked portion of the fee, assessed in good faith against the stated scope; once the deliverable has been provided, the fee is earned and no refund is due. A structured working briefing on governing your agent estate — declared capabilities, policy routing, budget and privacy gates, audit evidence. The fee credits in full against the AED 45,000 AMPLIFY sprint when a sprint is subsequently commissioned. For INVICTUS Deployment: A 50% deposit — $4,750 — starts the deployment; the balance is due at deployment start under the deployment agreement. The deposit is fully refundable until the deployment agreement is countersigned by both parties. From countersignature the agreement's own terms govern. At deployment completion the deposit — 50% of the fee — credits in full against the year-1 platform fee.
4. Limited-Seat Offers
Where an offer is stated as limited to a fixed number of clients and a payment arrives after those places are filled, we will tell you promptly and refund the payment in full.
5. Billing Errors and Duplicates
Duplicate charges, charges in the wrong amount, and charges made in error are refunded in full once verified. If a charge on your statement looks wrong, write to contact@dellight.ai with the receipt or statement line and we will investigate directly.
6. How Refunds Are Returned
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, in the original currency of the charge. Processing typically completes within five to ten business days of approval; the exact timing depends on the card issuer.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. Where such rules grant you more than this policy states, the law prevails.
