1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms apply to this website and any direct written product discussions with DELLIGHT.AI Limited ("Company," "we," "us"), DIFC License CL12872. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or continue those direct written discussions.
2. Description of Services
DELLIGHT.AI Limited develops enterprise AI products, each at its stated stage: BEACON — available now; ULYSSES — available now — subscribe today; INVICTUS — available now — $9,500, self-serve deposit; AMPLIFY — first release complete — start with the aed 6,500 briefing; AI Executive Team — live — executive coverage on request; SENTINEL — live — open access; SUPERHUMAN-X — release candidate — validation in progress; SLATE — in active development; GLADIATOR — in development — design-partner scoping open; MERIDIAN — alpha — capability demonstrated. The Company also offers paid subscriptions and fixed-fee professional services; the current offer set and prices are stated on the pricing page. 3. Use of Services
You agree to use this website, your account, and any current site-submitted, email, or direct-agreement workflow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. An account on this website is required to make a purchase. Sign-in is operated by Clerk; keep the email address on your account current and do not share access to it, because purchases and cancellations made from a signed-in account are treated as yours. The same account signs you in to ULYSSES; ULYSSES has its own product terms, and where they differ for that product, they control.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions, one-time services, and the INVICTUS deposit are purchased from a signed-in account through Stripe checkout: our server opens a Stripe-hosted payment page for you, and card details are entered with and processed by Stripe. They never touch this website's servers. Prices are as displayed at checkout. Prices stated in USD are exclusive of applicable taxes; prices stated in AED include VAT. We do not offer promotional or discount codes, and checkout has no field for one. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time: sign in, open My Account, and choose Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and access continues until then. The same Manage billing page lets you update your payment method and view your invoice history. One-time services are charged once, at checkout. The INVICTUS deposit is a part payment toward a deployment and is governed by the deployment agreement once that agreement is countersigned. Refunds, including refunds of the deposit before countersignature, are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refunds. Where no public price is published for a product or engagement, commercial terms are set in direct written agreements. Pricing changes apply prospectively, to future billing periods and new purchases, never retroactively.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content and any direct written materials provided by DELLIGHT.AI Limited remain owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If a product later reaches general availability or a scoped engagement is documented in writing, the applicable agreement will state any work-product ownership or license terms that apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELLIGHT.AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Termination
We may restrict access to this website or decline a direct written discussion without prior notice if we believe the conduct violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
