1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms apply to this website and any direct written product discussions with DELLIGHT.AI Limited ("Company," "we," "us"), DIFC License CL12872. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or continue those direct written discussions.
2. Description of Services
DELLIGHT.AI Limited develops enterprise AI products, including ULYSSES (autonomous cyber defense; live — early access available on request), GLADIATOR (voice-first product direction; live — early access available on request), and SUPERHUMAN-X (functional business support; in active development, with initial intake by email). Registered address on file: DIFC Innovation One, Level 3, Dubai.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use this website and any current email-first or direct-agreement workflow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. For today's direct written workflows, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If a product later includes user accounts, the applicable product terms or written agreement will define the account-security responsibilities that apply to that service.
4. Payment Terms
Public pricing is not published yet. Until public pricing is approved for release, any product-specific commercial terms would be handled in direct written agreements. If and when public pricing is approved for release, the applicable pricing terms will publish on our pricing page or in the relevant written agreement. Any later pricing-change process will be defined there before changes take effect.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content and any direct written materials provided by DELLIGHT.AI Limited remain owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If a product later reaches general availability or a scoped engagement is documented in writing, the applicable agreement will state any work-product ownership or license terms that apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELLIGHT.AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Termination
We may restrict access to this website or decline a direct written discussion without prior notice if we believe the conduct violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
