- Two seats and a 500-minute usage pool are included; overage is $0.35 per minute under hard minute caps.
- A 50% deposit — $4,750 — starts the deployment; the balance is due at deployment start under the deployment agreement.
- The deposit is fully refundable until the deployment agreement is countersigned by both parties.
- Seats are live within one business day of countersignature; a 3-month break clause is built in.
- At deployment completion the deposit — 50% of the fee — credits in full against the year-1 platform fee.
- Platform and seat annual pricing is published at deployment completion.
