BEACON service terms

1. Scope and price

$1,250 USD, excluding applicable taxes, for one engagement.

• One online questionnaire in English for one product
• Up to 150 questions and 200 source pages
• Reviewed answers, supporting references and questions that need checking
• A reusable answer set owned by your company
• One consolidated revision requested within five business days of delivery

Security certification, creation of policies or controls, legal advice, contract negotiation, portal submission and attestations are outside this service.

2. Complete intake and timing

The client supplies the questionnaire, approved source material, the product and deployment scope, and an authorized factual reviewer. DELLIGHT confirms scope, document access, processing location and the agreed delivery date in writing before work begins. Payment or an intake receipt alone does not start the delivery clock.

Three business days after we confirm complete intake, scope and the processing environment in writing. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays agreed in the acceptance note. Time awaiting required client evidence or decisions pauses the clock; a changed deadline is confirmed in writing.

3. Evidence and approval

Answers are prepared from supplied evidence. Missing, ambiguous, expired or contradictory evidence is flagged. The service does not independently certify that controls operate as described. The client's authorized owner must verify factual representations and approve the final response before submission to its buyer. DELLIGHT does not sign attestations or submit the response on the client's behalf.

4. Online answers and supporting evidence

1. Create a questionnaire in your DELLIGHT account. Choose common questions, enter your buyer's exact questions, or use both. Question wording is fixed when the questionnaire is created.
2. Save and review your answers online. Sending for review preserves that submitted version. Corrections after submission must be agreed with the reviewer and recorded separately, rather than silently replacing submitted answers.
3. Your account identifier controls access to your questionnaire. DELLIGHT stores draft and submitted answers in its application database, hosted by Supabase, and the authorized review team accesses the submitted record using its reference. No automatic AI processing is used.
4. Leave passwords, production secrets, document-access links and unrelated personal data out of the form. If source documents are required, agree the processing environment and named reviewer first. Use your company's approved SharePoint, Google Drive or equivalent workspace. Grant access only to the named reviewer confirmed for your engagement. Do not create public or anyone-with-the-link access. Originals stay unchanged in your workspace.
5. Request deletion or revoke document access at closeout. Working copies are deleted within 30 days of acceptance or cancellation unless a different period is agreed in writing; commercial records required by law are retained separately. Hosting-provider backups follow their retention policies.

Use of cloud models or a different processing environment requires an updated engagement agreement first. Client material and answer sets are not pooled across customers.

5. Revision and acceptance

One consolidated revision may be requested within five business days of delivery. Correction of DELLIGHT's transcription or citation errors is included. Additional questionnaires, products, new evidence that changes the scope or new advisory work are quoted separately. Delivery includes explicit unresolved items where the evidence cannot support an answer.

6. Payment and refunds

Payment is through the existing DELLIGHT account and Stripe-hosted checkout. A full refund is available before work begins. After work begins, the unworked portion is refundable in good faith under the published refund policy. If we cannot accept the supplied scope or document environment, we agree revised terms or refund before starting. No sales win, certification, procurement acceptance or regulatory outcome is guaranteed.

7. Ownership and contact

The client retains its source material and owns the engagement's completed response and approved answer set. DELLIGHT retains its generic methods and software, without client confidential information. Contact contact@dellight.ai for scope, delivery, deletion or refund requests.

These service terms supplement the site terms, privacy notice and refund policy. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
