DELLIGHTDELLIGHT

DIFC Innovation One, Dubai — CL12872

AI processes. Humans reason. DELLIGHT builds the system that needs both.

Enterprise AI that amplifies your people, not replaces them

AI can process faster than any human. Humans can reason better than any AI. The gap between processing and reasoning is where enterprise value lives — and where most AI implementations fail. DELLIGHT builds products for that gap.

Three enterprise AI products — GLADIATOR (autonomous cyber defense), SUPERHUMAN (real-time human augmentation), and the AI Executive Team (functional business automation for growing companies). Each one pairs AI processing with human reasoning. All three are in final development; none are commercially available yet.

Founded by Arthur Dell (ex-Field CTO, Cohesity). Incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC License CL12872, independently verifiable at difc.ae).

Thesis

The intelligence gap — and why it matters

Current AI excels at processing — pattern matching, data synthesis, rapid execution. What it lacks is adaptive reasoning: the ability to handle novel problems, exercise judgment under uncertainty, and course-correct when the pattern breaks. The latest independent benchmark for adaptive intelligence (ARC-AGI-3, March 2026) confirms this: frontier AI models score below 1% on tasks requiring genuine adaptive reasoning, while untrained humans score 100%.

“Frontier AI models score below 1% on adaptive reasoning. Untrained humans score 100%.”

— ARC-AGI-3, March 2026

This is not a criticism of AI — it is a design constraint. AI is extraordinary at crystallized intelligence: applying learned patterns at scale and speed. Humans are extraordinary at fluid intelligence: reasoning about novel situations that no training data covers. The most capable, reliable, and commercially resilient system combines both.

Harvard and BCG research (758 consultants, preregistered study) confirms this: human-AI teams completed tasks 25% faster with 40% higher quality than either alone. But AI worsened performance on some tasks within the same workflow — meaning humans must navigate which tasks benefit from AI and which do not. 95% of enterprises deploying AI at scale see no measurable financial return (BCG, 1,250 companies). The 5% that do invest in amplifying their workforce, not replacing it.

Every DELLIGHT product is built for this reality. Each one sits at the intelligence gap — the boundary between what AI can process and what humans must reason about.

Products

What we're building and why

Three products, each addressing a specific enterprise problem. For each: the problem, how it works, who it's for, who it's not for, and current status.

GLADIATOR

Dual-architecture threat detection and response

The Problem

Enterprise security teams are reactive by architecture, not by choice. EDR platforms detect threats after penetration; SOC teams respond after damage begins. The fundamental gap: automated attacks execute in milliseconds while human-in-the-loop response takes minutes to hours.

How It Works

GLADIATOR uses a dual Red Team / Blue Team AI architecture where two adversarial systems operate continuously against each other. The Red Team AI probes your infrastructure using techniques derived from real-world attack patterns — finding vulnerabilities before external adversaries do. The Blue Team AI detects and neutralizes threats in real time, continuously improving its detection models based on what the Red Team discovers. This adversarial loop means the defensive system gets stronger proportionally to the sophistication of the attacks it faces — including its own internal Red Team's attacks.

Why DGX Spark

The adversarial loop requires simultaneous offensive simulation and defensive monitoring at sub-second latency. NVIDIA DGX Spark (128 GB HBM, ~4 TB/s memory bandwidth) is purpose-built for this: matrix-heavy, latency-critical dual-model operations. Consumer GPUs cannot sustain the concurrent workload; cloud instances introduce network latency that defeats real-time response.

Who It's For

Enterprises with 50+ endpoints and at least one dedicated security professional. GLADIATOR augments an existing security team — it does not replace one.

Who It's Not For

Small businesses, individual users, or organizations looking for a set-and-forget security product. The dual-architecture approach requires an operator who understands their threat landscape and can interpret the Red Team's findings.

Current Status

Architecture validated on DGX Spark hardware. In final development. Accepting 3-5 design partners for 90-day controlled deployment alongside your existing security stack. Next step: 30-minute technical scoping call with Arthur Dell to assess infrastructure fit and threat model alignment.

SUPERHUMAN

Live contextual intelligence delivered during conversations

The Problem

In high-stakes conversations — negotiations, technical evaluations, sales discussions — the person with the best information in the moment has the advantage. Today, that means preparing extensively beforehand and hoping the conversation stays within prepared bounds. When it doesn't, you're improvising with incomplete information.

How It Works

On-device speech-to-text processes ambient audio locally — no audio transmitted to the cloud (deliberate architectural decision for privacy). Transcribed context streams to a frontier AI model configured with your company data, meeting context, and negotiation parameters. Responses delivered via bone-conduction earpiece within approximately 2 seconds of the relevant moment.

Privacy architecture

Audio never leaves the device — only text transcriptions are sent for AI processing. No wake-word listening, no background processing, no audio transmission under any circumstance. More restrictive than Siri or Alexa: all processing is user-initiated.

Who It's For

Professionals in high-stakes, real-time communication environments — executives, enterprise sales leaders, technical architects. People whose conversations directly affect business outcomes and who already prepare extensively for important meetings.

Who It's Not For

General consumers or casual use. SUPERHUMAN is designed for people whose professional context justifies the investment in a purpose-built augmentation system.

Current Status

Prototype functional. On-device STT pipeline validated. Frontier model integration in active development. Not yet available for external testing.

AI Executive Team

Functional business automation for growing companies

The Problem

Companies between $2M and $50M in revenue operate with incomplete leadership coverage. The founder acts as CEO, CFO, and CTO simultaneously — not by choice, but because hiring dedicated specialists is premature at that revenue stage. The result: critical decisions in finance, legal, and strategy get made without dedicated expertise, or don't get made at all.

How It Works

Modular AI-powered business functions covering finance, legal, operations, strategy, HR, and data analysis. Each module runs on frontier AI models with function-specific knowledge retrieval and decision frameworks. Modules collaborate through structured protocols — the finance function consults legal on compliance, the technology function briefs strategy on technical risks, and decisions exceeding defined authority boundaries are escalated to the human founder. The foundation is functional capability — AI processing applied to specific business operations — not agent personas or character simulation.

Who It's For

Founders and leadership teams at companies with $2M-$50M revenue who are making executive-level decisions without dedicated functional coverage in every domain. Organizations in growth phases where the cost of poor decisions exceeds the cost of AI-augmented decision support.

Who It's Not For

Large enterprises with established, experienced C-suite teams. The AI Executive Team supplements missing functional capacity — it does not replace seasoned human professionals at organizations that already have them.

Current Status

Core functional architecture built. Inter-module collaboration protocols in active development. Targeting Q2 2026 launch. Early-access waitlist open — participants receive pricing before public launch and lock in launch pricing for 12 months.

Why DELLIGHT

Infrastructure, operating model, and the amplification principle

Compute Architecture

Two compute architectures, each chosen for a specific workload:

Apple Silicon (Mac Studio M3 Ultra, 512 GB + 256 GB unified memory): development, testing, and local model inference. Runs open-source models at zero marginal cost; reserves frontier APIs for orchestration and quality review.

NVIDIA DGX Spark (128 GB HBM, ~4 TB/s bandwidth): GLADIATOR's adversarial training requires CUDA-accelerated ML (FlashAttention, PyTorch compiled execution) — roughly 5x the memory bandwidth of Apple Silicon for matrix-intensive workloads.

Operating Model

Founder-led, amplification-architected: Arthur Dell runs engineering, product, and business development. Autonomous agent infrastructure provides execution capacity of a larger team — local models handle volume work (crystallized intelligence), frontier AI handles planning and review, and Arthur provides the adaptive reasoning and strategic judgment (fluid intelligence) that AI cannot. The operating model is itself a proof of the amplification principle: one person, amplified by AI, operating at the capacity of a team.

What We're Not

Not a consulting firm. Not an AI wrapper. Not a cloud-inference reseller. Each product involves original engineering: adversarial training architectures, real-time audio processing pipelines, multi-agent collaboration protocols.

What we haven't done yet: no production deployments, no paying customers, no third-party benchmarks. Our architecture runs on hardware; our products don't yet run in the field. Design partners evaluate us on technical merit and founder access — not track record.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What stage is DELLIGHT at?

Pre-launch. All three products in final development. Seeking design partners for GLADIATOR and early adopters for the AI Executive Team (Q2 2026 launch).

Can I try the products now?

Not yet. AI Executive Team targets Q2 2026 launch. GLADIATOR and SUPERHUMAN are accepting design partners for controlled early deployment.

Where is DELLIGHT based?

DIFC Innovation One, Level 3, Dubai. License CL12872, verifiable at difc.ae.

Why amplification instead of full automation?

Three reasons. Technical: frontier AI scores below 1% on adaptive reasoning benchmarks (ARC-AGI-3, March 2026) while humans score 100% — AI cannot yet handle the novel, judgment-intensive situations that enterprise work demands. Economic: 95% of enterprises deploying AI at scale see no measurable financial return (BCG); the 5% that succeed invest in amplifying their workforce. Practical: in head-to-head studies, human-AI teams outperform AI-alone systems by 25-40% (Harvard/BCG). Full automation is a technical liability and an economic risk. Amplification is where the value is.

How is GLADIATOR different from CrowdStrike or SentinelOne?

CrowdStrike and SentinelOne use signature-based and behavioral detection — identifying known attack patterns and anomalies. GLADIATOR uses a continuous adversarial loop: a Red Team AI proactively attacks your infrastructure while a Blue Team AI defends in real time. The defensive model improves proportionally to attack sophistication. Tradeoff: requires DGX Spark hardware and an operator who can interpret Red Team findings. Established EDR is proven at scale; GLADIATOR is not.

Why consider a pre-launch product over an established vendor?

You probably shouldn't — unless established vendors aren't solving your specific problem. If your current security stack works, GLADIATOR is not the right fit. Design partners choose us to shape a product around their threat landscape rather than adapt operations to an existing tool. The tradeoff: early-stage risk in exchange for direct founder access, roadmap influence, and preferential terms.

How can I verify that DELLIGHT is a legitimate company?

DIFC License CL12872 — independently verifiable at difc.ae/operating/document-verification using code SR-706370-TcUj-35897664-noHUEu. If you're solving one of these problems today, let's talk.

Pre-launch means direct founder access and the ability to shape what ships.

Three problems we're solving

  1. Security teams detecting threats after damage — existing EDR is reactive by design.
  2. Founders making CFO, CTO, or legal decisions without dedicated executive coverage.
  3. Executives losing information advantage in conversations preparation can't fully anticipate.

Next step: schedule a 30-minute call with Arthur Dell. On the call, you'll discuss your specific challenge, get an honest assessment of product fit, and — if there's a match — agree on a concrete engagement path (design partnership, early access, or waitlist). No pitch deck. No sales team. A direct technical conversation.
